About Us

With over 20 years of experience as the chef/owner, Chicken & The Pig owner Guy Ciolfi is excited to present his vision to all of our guests in his hometown of Lynnfield. Guy decided to branch out when the COVID-19 pandemic began making it more and more difficult for him to continue serving his corporate customers at his last highly successful venture, Servizio Cafe and Corporate Catering in Burlington.   

Guy had always loved the idea of a Food Truck and this was the perfect time to do it! He purchased a food truck and planned a simple but delicious menu with some of his customers all-time favorite chicken sandwiches and he was off.  We had no idea just how much everyone would love what Guy was serving up on the truck.  With such an amazing response at 'the lot' to our chicken sandwiches and specialty hot dogs, the idea for Chicken & The Pig MarketStreet Lynnfield was born and we can't wait for you to try it out!

It has been a labor of love for us filled with friends and family (each of Guy's children have menu items named for them, not to mention "The Big Guy").  But it's all of our incredible customers that we really need to thank. Without your enthusiasm for what we are doing we wouldn't be here. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We are incredibly excited to be able to serve you the same amazing food all year round now. At our new location you can come in and sit indoor or out, have some amazing food (maybe even grab a beer or seltzer to wash it down with!) and enjoy spending some time at the Chicken & The Pig.
